Operations & Maintenance
Troubleshoot & Resolve issues related to networks/network security of internal/External Users, escalate adminstrative issues to Manager CST in order to resolve networks related issues
Deployment
- To Deploy network switches, firewalls, routers as per design layout. Ensure network connectivity for client services in order to deploy connectivity of services
- Implement firewall rules according to Network policies, allow & Restrict network connectivity, Allow & restrict services for client according to management in order to secure network as per policies
Interdepartmental Coordination
- To coordinate with PS for final design of network layout in order to deploy as per final planT
- o coordinate with P&SD with respect to different application services at clients end in order ensure smooth operational services and client satisfaction
- To coordinate with Internal IT team and Metro Team for advance level technical issues with respect to networks in order to resolve issues with in time
