Operations & Maintenance:
- To resolve OTRS tickets, Support other team members in completing tasks, managing email servers / ERP / virtualization, Troubleshoot e-mail IDs, Active Directory, VDI, Manage inventory details for internal data center IN ORDER TO facilitate smooth internal IT processes management.
- Install all operating systems e.g. Windows, Linux, Install applications and software as per request, Define policies for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP IN ORDER TO meet employee's requirements.
- To Administer Email, AD, ERP, VDI and hardware and maintain email / AD / ERP backups IN ORDER TO maintain internal IT Infrastructure.
Deployment:
- To deploy operating systems and virtualization, Install hardware and software in order to facilitate smooth Internal IT requirements.
- To Create and manage virtual machines and infrastructure on request from different departments of IAC, Install operating systems and software in virtual machines as per requirement IN ORDER TO facilitate internal clients.
POCs (Proof of Concept):
- Deploy and test new technology, Check the impact of new technology, analyze results, Compare new and old technology, Prepare feasibility report of new technology, Update technology internally if required IN ORDER TO provide latest technology to the organization,
Reporting and Documentation:
- To create active directory, VDI, V center VM reports in order to keep record and report to line manager.
