Dail outbound calls for engage customers in US, This can be processing orders, scheduling a visit or answering general product questions
Answer and follow-up calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and to retain them.
Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.
To ensure that the customers details and other relevant data is completely entered into the system correctly.
Analyze and solve problems accordingly.
Shifts timing aret 10:00PM to 7:00AM .
