Summary: Responsible for tracking all expenses, creating monthly invoices, some light office vendor communication & payroll coordination. Solid written and verbal communications skills are essential. Specific Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly invoice & enter US dollars to Rupees conversion rate • Help maintain a few vendor accounts • Track & classify business expenses and reconcile bank accounts in QuickBooks • Assist CFO & tax accountant with monthly and year-end reports • Work closely with CFO on budget preparation and expense tracking Requirements: •Minimum 3-years experience in bookkeeping. •Experience with QuickBooks Premier, Excel/Word/Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat is essential. •Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks with minimal direction •Strong organizational and time management skills •Problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential issues, develop alternatives and execute solutions •Good oral and written communication skills Thank you for reading this posting if you would like to apply for this position please email your resume as a Microsoft Word Attachment or.PDF only.
