We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital Projects/Products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Department/Project managers to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Work closely with developers/PM to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design solutions
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- Familiarity with web design, mobile design, and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
