Freight Coordinator is an administrative role. You will be providing support to our international offices in the UK, USA, Canada and Ireland by processing export, import and cross trade shipments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, monitoring and completing daily shipments along with carrying out tasks such as but not limited to:
- Receiving clients orders,
- Processing shipments via air, sea and road.
- Inputting bookings in to the system
- Monitoring the bookings
- Making sure workflow and milestones are completed
- Ensuring all processes are completed end to end punctual
- Liaising with other vendors and suppliers to ensure all services are being carried out efficiently and effectively
Experience
- Previous administration role
- IT literate
- Freight Forwarding / Logistics (PREFERRED)
- Awareness of the Freight Forwarding industry
