Job Purpose: The interns will be provide with opportunities to have exposure to the program activities at KP level (Area office). He/she will learn how to execute the programme related matters, service delivery, and Learning & development initiatives under the Micro Finance Program of the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
- The job holder is accountable for fulfilling his / her roles and responsibilities in line with Islamic values and principles of fairness, humanity, honesty, respect and fair treatment of his/her colleagues and team members.
- The Incumbent will be involved in hard record management including but limited to beneficiaries assessment details, baseline surveys, Business grants detail, and stakeholder analysis files.
- The incumbent will facilitate Qurbani Plus / Islamic micro finance program teams in file development & tagging as per the Organization’s Archives record management policy.
- Preparing field plans and prior communication and intimation to concerned communities regarding field visits after consulting with relevant project staff.
- Supporting relevant project staff in the management of beneficiaries’ pictures in soft form.
- Supporting Qurbani Plus project team in conducting baseline surveys, Beneficiary assessment, area mapping and stakeholders mapping exercise in line with project documents.
- Assist relevant project officers during meetings with communities, stakeholders and service providers.
- Learn about basic techniques of social mobilization, community grouping formation, and advocacy.
- Learn about basic technique of micro financing and Qurbani Plus if how disbursement and recovery from beneficiary shall be done.
- Get exposure to the Organization’s development framework, project thematic areas and proposal development modules.
- Work in collaboration with program team to execute the seasonal programs and other program components.
- Verification of Animals for Qurbani Plus program.
- Ensure 100% compliance with existing policy and procedures of Islamic Micro finance Program.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Person Specification: It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.
Qualification: Bachelors / Master’s Degree preferably in Social Sciences, Peace and Conflict Studies, Development Studies having Research Background
Experience: The candidate must be fresh graduate with no prior experience
Language: Urdu, English and local languages

- Good written and spoken English language.
