- We are looking to onboard an Accounts & Finance Manager for
- Our new project regarding the construction and development of properties.
- The expected candidates must be ACCA/CA Finalists (minimum) with 5+ years of experience in
- Accounting and Finance (preferably in a construction-related role). Tasks include:
- Management of input of vouchers and creation of resulting Financial Statements
- Dealing with Tax-related matters, including timely filing of returns (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Coordination with auditors for periodic external audits
- Payables/receivables tracking and closure
- Costing/Receivables forecasting
