Job Title: Manager/Deputy Manager (Industrial Relations)

Location: Sahiwal

Qualification: MBA HR or LLB Preferred

Experience: 5- 7 years

  • Dealing with Govt. Agencies for all related matters of EOBI, ESSI, and others
  • Ensure employees receive maximum benefits as per Govt. Rules & Regulations
  • Act as Centre of Expertise in matters related to Industrial / Employees Relations
  • Develop skill and knowledge base across the organization regarding Industrial relations and provide necessary guidance with respect to IR challenges
  • Assess, evaluate, and audit compliance requirements under applicable laws and regulations.
  • Execute interventions to ensure compliance end to end

Compensation Structure:

B- Compensation:

Gross Pay 100k to 140k

C- Perks & benefits:

Work schedule 6 days a week

Office Timings 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Leaves Annual - 25, CL-15 & SL-10.

Mobile handset PKR 10,000/- (Three Years buyback)

Mobile monthly usage PKR 2000/-

Provident Fund 10 % of basic pay

Gratuity One basic pay/year subject to five-year services maturity

Vehicle N/A

Accommodation Bachelor accommodation at the Plant site

D- Medical:

OPD PKR 30,000/- per year
