HR Generalist (People & Culture)
Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Experience: 3+ years in similar roles within HR
· Should have experience in technical & non-technical recruitment, including communicating with recruitment agencies and recruitment portals for hiring purposes.
· Develop job postings, including conducting background research for internal postings and creating concise job summaries of all advertised positions, keeping in mind budget guidelines and limitations.
· Maintain and evaluate Key Performance Indicators for all departments on a periodic basis.
· Maintain HR records, such as those related to Compensation, Health and Medical Insurance, Handled Insurance-related issues.
· Conduct staff engagement activities to ensure team chemistry and employee experience.
· Conduct Training Needs Assessments to ascertain training & development requirements for existing or new employees, as per requirements of the job.
· Employee Onboarding & Orientation.
· Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
· Grievance resolution for employees of the company.
Requirements:
· Bachelors in HR/Management or related fields from a reputable university
· 3+ years working in Talent & Culture Management or other similar HR roles
· Experience in technical & non-technical recruitment
· Experience in developing Company HR SOPs and strategic HR
· Experience in the areas of Performance Review and Training & Development
· Exceptional communication skills
