The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire Human Resources function within the Education sector. This includes managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits administration and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will be a strategic partner to the executive team, providing guidance on all HR related topics to ensure a positive work environment for employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures in line with prevailing labor laws.
- Manage recruitment process from job posting through onboarding of new hires.
- Develop and manage training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead employee relations initiatives to foster an effective working environment.
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration including payroll processing & compliance with tax regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws.
- Analyze organizational data to identify areas of improvement in performance & productivity.
- Manage employee performance review process and provide feedback to help employees reach their full potential.
- Monitor employee turnover rate and take action as necessary to reduce it.
