We are hiring a Market Research Analyst for IslamabadThe main responsibilities of this role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Analyze development opportunities to recommend the best solution via DCF, IRR etc.
- Conduct market research to identify changes in the supply/demand dynamics and other KPIs.
- Prepare market data decks for our corporate clients.
- Collaborate with our regional offices to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Attend client meetings as required and present financial outputs in a clear and concise manner.
Must have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Able to navigate well with clients and meet their expectations.
- Highly numerate and analytical.
- A team player with motivation to learn and adapt.
- Motivation and willingness to travel to site locations.
Nice to have:
- Financial modeling skills.
- Good grasp of Corporate Finance concepts e.g. DCF, IRR, NPV.
- Experience in advisory/consultancy/commercial real estate.
