Position Title: Project Manager Civil
Location: Islamabad & Nathia Gali

Job Description:
Admin and Project Manager for resorts being developed and responsible for:
- Liaison with local government and development authorities for all regulatory affairs
- Legal compliances including approvals/documents from relevant authorities
- Overseeing the development of resorts and keeping administrative control
- Ensure development timelines for timely completion of construction
- Closely work with contractors to ensure all on ground issues are addressed in a timely manner
Other than the JD, the major requirement is an armed army professional preferably Colonel level with 3 - 5 years of experience.
