We are looking to hire a Chief Technical Officer for our organization. The candidate must be presentable and well versed in both English and Urdu along with his technical knowledge being at par. We would prefer a civil engineer from a reputable institute, having prior experience in the construction of multi-story structures and leading the proposal and execution teams of several projects simultaneously. Our CTO will have the following Major responsibilities:
1. Handling the technical side for the business development team during the client acquisition process.
2. Heading the proposal department for bidding/tendering.
3. Cost estimations and to ensure cost control/effectiveness.
4. Project planning.
5. To lead the execution team; from the selection of subcontractors and mobilization of resources to the handing over of the project to the client timely, and everything in between. A candidate with a Master's degree in structure designing would earn a few extra points during the selection process.
