UI / UX:
a. Conduct competitor and customer analysis
b. Analyse user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience
c. Develop personas and usage scenarios
d. Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows; turning interfaces into rich user experiences, modeling user behavior, creating wireframes, and design interface concepts and graphic layouts
e. Create product prototypes
f. Assist with content development
g. Conduct usability testing
h. Solve complex enterprise problems through simplified visual design
i. Conceptualise, design and assist with implementing highly engaging and intuitive user interface and user experience solutions
j. Facilitate design communication across a multidisciplinary team throughout each phase of a project, clearly articulating design rationale
k. Define and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to key stakeholders (internal and external alike)
l. Establish and promote world-class design standards and best practices
m. Create design documentation (including design rules, pixel-perfect mockups, animations) that enables developers to build digital products that foster delightful user experiences
