SEO/SEM Coordinator Full Time

We are seeking a talented and experienced Search Engine Optimization Coordinator to lead our growing digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in planning, developing and executing organic SEO campaigns with extensive knowledge of SEO strategies and tactics. Experience using specialized SEO software and analytics tools are required as well as the ability to work and communicate with clients, business partners and all other stakeholders to craft and execute high performing SEO campaigns.

You will lead a small team of SEO professionals and work with all types of clients across the country spanning all types of industries and verticals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Plan, design, and execute organic SEO campaigns.

• Perform SEO audits and reviews for a multitude of clients.

• Communicate with clients and partners on specific SEO strategies and results.

• Report on ongoing SEO campaigns.

• Review and improve existing SEO tactics and campaigns, and compile monthly SEO performance reports.

• Implement structured data, and write blog posts and site content.

• Work with SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console, and Bing SEO tools.

• Plan and execute link building strategies on an ongoing basis.

• Exceptional written & verbal communications skills.

• Ability to research, learn and implement new SEO strategies and tactics as search technology evolves.

• A high attention to detail, organization and refinement.

• Ability to write clearly, accurately and concisely for website content and updates including blogs, press releases and social media site content.

• Ability to describe in detail SEO related processes, terminologies and techniques.

• Experience with Search Engine Optimization tactics with a proven track record of results, including keyword research, link building strategies, and implementation.

• Must be detail oriented, have exceptional organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.

• Must have professional experience in a similar role.

• Must have creative and analytical thinking.

• Must be able to perform with minimal supervision.

• Proven ability to exercise diplomacy and good judgment.

• Ability to work independently using strong initiative.

• Ability to work as part of a fundraising team.
