Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide assistance to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately, ensuring correct handling of cash and electronic payments.
- Manage time effectively to fulfill orders and complete deliveries within scheduled timeframes.
- Operate a bike safely and legally to deliver products to customers at designated locations.
- Verify order accuracy before delivery and communicate with customers regarding order status.
- Maintain knowledge of current products and promotions to provide customers with accurate information.
- Ensure that delivery items are handled carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
- Collect payment from customers when delivering products and issue receipts as required.
- Keep delivery records and prepare reports as needed to support inventory and sales tracking.
- Adhere to all company policies and local regulations related to sales and delivery operations.
- Manage basic customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist with stock organization and replenishment in the sales area to support seamless operations.
