International Finance Executive (BI Specialist)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong expertise in data analytics and visualization to support our finance and operations teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, developing interactive dashboards, and utilizing AI-driven tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. This position involves close collaboration across departments to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Conduct variance and trend analyses along with forecasting activities under supervision. Support budgeting and cost analysis to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

Power BI Dashboard Development: Design, update, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Convert raw data into clear, visual insights that facilitate management decisions. Ensure data accuracy, optimize dashboard performance, and manage automated data refresh processes.

Data Management & Analytics: Cleanse, organize, and validate financial and operational data from multiple sources. Use analytical tools to identify patterns, insights, and key performance indicators. Contribute to the development of data models that support business planning and forecasting.

AI-Based Insights & Automation: Assist in implementing AI-driven automation tools within financial workflows. Apply AI capabilities such as predictive analytics and anomaly detection to enhance reporting quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute automation opportunities.

Business Support & Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, and management teams to understand data needs. Help prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership. Provide timely support for ad-hoc analyses and data extraction requests.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of financial processes, dashboards, and analytical workflows. Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and financial reporting standards.

Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments in Power BI, AI tools, and financial analytics techniques. Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and analytical accuracy.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Practical experience with MS Power Automate is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication of technical insights.

- This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
