Primary function/purpose


The Training Specialist will support IFES’ various training interventions under Participation of Women in Elections and Registration (POWER) project being implemented in all four provinces -Punjab, KP/FATA, Sindh, Balochistan- in Pakistan


Major duties and responsibilities 


Under the direction of the Country Director for Pakistan, the Training/Support Specialist will:



  • Support participant recruitment for IFES-led traininigs.

  • Participate in all IFES-sponsored trainings, as feasible, to: contribute to facilitation as needed; support facilitators in training implementation - especially troubleshooting of online trainings, and; ensure quality control of trainings.

  • Contribute to donor and program reporting by collecting success stories from training participants

  • Work with IFES’ M&E Officer and Senior Gender Adviser to review data collection from training needs assessments, especially those for public sector employees, and identify gaps and trends to be addressed through new curricula.

  •  Any other work assigned by Country Director
