Main Responsibilities
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function with or without reasonable accommodation. The tasks listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.
- Drafting and editing communications material.
- Helping to implement internal and external communications strategies and projects.
- Providing administrative support to teams.
- Preparing presentations and reports.
- Write content for both print and Web including the company website, blog, brochures, and newsletter.
- Drafting and posting social media and web content according to the organization’s social media strategy.
- Assist Communication team in maintaining digital media archives including photos, videos, and success stories; Coordinate with IMC relevant departments on producing success stories and quality photos and videos of implementation for dissemination.
- Assisting the communications staff with the management of International Medical Corps external image.
- Able to work a flexible schedule that may include late nights weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
- A university degree in Mass communication, Media management or any other social sciences discipline.
- Previous experience doing the tasks mentioned above will be preferred.

- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Must work independently under difficult conditions.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and organization skills
