Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build partnership with key stakeholders and individuals in the community.
  • Liaise and coordinate with programme staff for project implementation.
  • Carry out awareness raising sessions and outreach activities to inform the community members about services.
  • Should pass on routine feedback findings of the community members and other stakeholders.
  • Will facilitate the community to pass their complaints to the management through CBFRM in a transparent manner.
  • Act in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner towards other colleagues & community.

Required Experience & Qualifications 

  • University degree in any social sciences disciple.
  • Only those female candidates will be shortlisted who possess LHV diploma from Govt. recognized Medical Faculty institute.
  • Previous relevant experience, preferably in humanitarian settings.
  • Basic understanding of and communication capacity in English, should know the national & regional languages (Urdu & Pashto).
  • Demonstrated creativity, ability to apply innovative thinking and problem solving skills.
