Qualification:
- BSc Engineering (Mech or Elect.) from any institute along with MS Project Management from a reputable institution.
- Preferred to have PMP certification.
Experience:
- Preferably on job experience of, at least, one similar project.
- Project Officer Duties and responsibility.
- To organize and manage the project schedule.
- Prepares Project Execution schedule with consultation and approval of project manager.
- Monitoring of the execution of the project in accordance with project schedule.
- Monitors and manages compliance of set deadlines.
- Reports any potential delays occurring in scheduled activities to the project manager.
- To organize project meetings.
- Meets with project manager to review progress and discuss future steps.
- Organizes meetings with project team members.
- Set meeting agenda and informs each member accordingly.
- Prepares meeting proceedings.
- Document management.
- Responsible for maintaining crucial project documents, in appropriate data base library.
- Ensures that documents are correct and have been accepted by the project manager.
- To Identify Problems or Risks.
- Being closely involved in project, he relies on data to identify potential issues or risks that may effect progress of the project.
- He communicates with project manager suggesting possible solutions of such identified risks.
SKILLS.
- An analytical thinker and having excellent problem-solving skills.
- A multi task executer in high volume and fast pace work environment.
- A team player, with high level of self-motivation and ability to set and meet goals,
- Having thorough familiarity of word processing, spreadsheets and project scheduling computer applications.
