Qualification:

  • BSc Engineering (Mech or Elect.) from any institute along with MS Project Management from a reputable institution.
  • Preferred to have PMP certification.

Experience:

  • Preferably on job experience of, at least, one similar project.
  • Project Officer Duties and responsibility.
  • To organize and manage the project schedule.
  • Prepares Project Execution schedule with consultation and approval of project manager.
  • Monitoring of the execution of the project in accordance with project schedule.
  • Monitors and manages compliance of set deadlines.
  • Reports any potential delays occurring in scheduled activities to the project manager.
  • To organize project meetings.
  • Meets with project manager to review progress and discuss future steps.
  • Organizes meetings with project team members.
  • Set meeting agenda and informs each member accordingly.
  • Prepares meeting proceedings.
  • Document management.
  • Responsible for maintaining crucial project documents, in appropriate data base library.
  • Ensures that documents are correct and have been accepted by the project manager.
  • To Identify Problems or Risks.
  • Being closely involved in project, he relies on data to identify potential issues or risks that may effect progress of the project.
  • He communicates with project manager suggesting possible solutions of such identified risks.
