Job Description

  • Keep proper record of office stationary and issuance of stationary on demand to employees. Also update the record keeping of fixed assets of company.
  • Assist in supervision of drivers, Peons and other admin staff.
  • Ensure proper Travel arrangements for employees’ international or national tours. Also deals with matters related to visa processing, issuance of chamber reference letters, preparation & submission of documents to concern authorities.
  • General repair & maintenance of all office equipment & assets.
  • Controlling the expenditures and materials used by the entire administration.
