- Respoosible for managing overall site activities.
- Responsible for maintaining the attandance record of site staff, labor and visitors.
- Responsible for managing accomodation, mess(food) and travelling arrangments of site staff and guest as per thier designation and status.
- Responsible for coordinating with all departments for smooth working as per thier needs and provide them administrative support to overcome the problems.
- Responsible in dealing with government institutions like WAPDA and EOBI etc.
- Responsible for inauguration/closing ceremonies of new/closed project.
