Real Estate Investment Manager opportunity with a well capitalised investment manager focused on direct investment, real estate investment asset management in the offices and alternative sectors. He/She must have;
- Understanding of real estate market
- Ability to make right investments
- Knowledge of dynamics of property market
- Quality experience (at least 5 to 8 years) in this sector
His/Her responsibilities include;
- To provide support and assistance in the development of the business plan and strategy within real estate sectors with main focus on Offices and Alternative sectors
- Work closely with external asset managers carrying out appraisals and reviews to ensure progress and performance is monitored and acceptable;
- Carry out regular research and analysis of markets in the relevant sectors.
