IRC has been working in Pakistan since 1980, and today, IRC’s programs serve a diverse population of conflict and disaster-affected communities. Since 2013, the IRC in Pakistan has expanded its mandate to include a focus on recovery and development, securing a number of larger-scale and longer-term projects in education, protection, health, environmental health and livelihoods.
we are seeking applications from HR professionals for the compilation of mandatory official documents.
Volunteers will be based in Human Resources department under the guidance and supervision of the HR lead. S/he will provide immediate support in HR files compilation, excel enteries and record keeping/merging. S/he will follow the plan of their work and seek guidance where required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or in any similar discipline
