Job Overview/Summary: Under the supervision and guidance of DDP, the Program Intern will support overall program and activities related to project, communication, meetings arrangements, and other programs by supporting information management, team coordination and planning.

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist in communication products like reporting, drafting letters, meeting minutes and other communication related tasks assigned by Line Manager

• Provide administrative support for different events, internal and external meetings

• Support in the management and organization of trainings, seminars and workshops arranged by the organization Maintaining data and filing system up-to-date and where proper filing system is not available, develops one according to the guidelines available.

• Assist Line Manager in secondary research and if needed primary research related to current and upcoming projects/programs

• Travelling to project sites on need basis and submit its report.

• Conduct desk research on latest happenings in inclusive development both in public and non-profit sector and draft summarized report and share with line manager

• Review different documents assigned by line manager.

• Support Program Unit in performing different administrative tasks, when required

• Any other task assigned by the supervisor or colleague in Program team

a) Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in social sciences, Management, Mass Communication

c) Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent computer skills & Report writing skills

• English & Urdu language skills
