· To punch sales receipt in POS and software and gather sales, inventory, dealers and personnel information to make analysis such as sales curves, image shop sales curve, etc. respectively.
· To check the physical inventory in HO warehouse with Finance and sales Departments to see if it matches the system inventory.
· To update the opening, closing and stock received inventory daily.
· To inform Branches of any new policies from Head Office and any updates, including price adjustment, etc.
· To file documents in folder according to month and year basis and make a record for them.
· To evaluate the performance (sales, inventory, revenue, etc.) of the specific Branch.
· To deal with all issues of the Key Accounts.
· Must know advance level expert skills of MS Excel ‘
