Looking for a dynamic Team player who can manage our sales team proficiently with his/her leading attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan different sales strategy and tactics for business growth and sales improvement.
- Provide justifiable and convincing sales plan to upper management.
- Develop different creative ideas for acquiring new market and customers.
- Ensure the frequent response for client queries.
- Dedicated attitude towards the quality of sales and support to customers.
- Monitor the team activities which they are performing via different medium like Chat, social media etc
- Accountable for setting the individual sales targets in order to maximize the sales potential of team.
- Monthly/weekly training should be conducted to increase in sales by providing product knowledge to the existing and new members.
Skills we are looking for:
- Fluent spoken English is required as individual have to deal with the US based clients.
- Cater Inbound as well as out bound calls.
- Experience of 3 – 4 years (experience in IT firm is preferably)
