  • Respect management, pupils, colleagues, parents and community.
  • Converse in English when addressing pupils, parents and management.
  • Respect confidentiality to exhibit professionalism.
  • Report Cards/Slips must be fairly and properly filled out. The remarks should portray the strengths in the child and give suggestions to help overcome the weaknesses

Professional Responsibilities / Professionalism

  • Develop a sense of belonging with the students of the class.
  • Develop emotional bonds with the students through intimacy, trust and kindness.
  • Help to develop a sense of accountability in the students with respect to behavior as class members.
  • Thorough knowledge of young children development.
