We are a startup company, launching a new lifestyle brand. We are searching for a Production Merchandiser with at least 5 years experience coordinating unstitched and stitched ladies ethnic wear items. The position will be for Lahore.
Essential Job Functions
- Create seasonal line architecture/numeric plans
- Research competitive positioning and trends
- Coordinate initial forecast, by style, based on design and historical sales data
- Set cost targets based on pricing strategy and historical data
- Provide cross functional leadership– ensure decisions are made and design/ development process progresses
- Recap all meeting notes with all cross-functional partners from seasonal reviews
- Evaluates current business processes to identify improvements and leverage infrastructure
- Build yearly development calendar by season starting with Line Arch/Numeric plans to Sales meeting and buy dates.
- Solve and Support Seasonal workflow fluctuations
- Manage Inline and SMU Product
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of supervisory requirements and practices.

Required Education and Experience
- BA/BS in business, merchandising, or related field
- 5+ years related project management experience
