Job Description

1.       CUSTOMER PROFILING

-       Identifying and mapping the right customer profile for each category and base your communication on the profile

2.       DEVELOP AND FOLLOW BRAND GUIDELINES

-       In consent with the management and agency, develop the Brand Guidelines

-       Ensure to follow the Brand Guidelines. Conduct monthly audits to ensure that the guidelines are followed

3.       ENSURING EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

-       Follow the Brand Plan accurately

-       Run Showroom based call to action campaigns

-       Plan Exhibition/Activations and push traffic to stores

-       Use social Media effectively. Plan to be developed by studying past trends, seasons, sales, new upcoming projects and new innovation

-       Effective Media Buying, Vendor Management & Negotiations

4.       GAUGING AND INCREASING BRAND HEALTH & AWARENESS

-       Social Media Insights to be obtained quarterly from agencies

-       Increase talk-ability by engaging third party bloggers

-       Run focused group surveys on social media to gauge our top of mind

-       Ensure we have concrete data to give to the research agencies

-       Define/understand parameters over which we require data

-       Shortlist the best agency to run the research program with based on their understanding & quote

5.       ENHANCE AND ENCOURAGE CREATIVITY

-       Study new innovative marketing ideas from international / local market

-       Use the agency effectively and extract maximum ideas from them and make this as their prime KPI

6.       PRODUCT MONITORING OF AVAILABILITY VS. FORECAST

-       Monthly store Visits for Audit of display availability

-       Penalizing Stores for not carrying proper display

7.       ENSURE COMPETITIVE & EFFECTIVE PRICING

-       Quarterly market Survey to keep a check on prices and new entrants

-       Monthly discussion with sales on feedback on prices from the customers

8.       MAINTAIN AND ENHANCE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

-       Develop smart/concise feedback forms and place marketing reps at each store to gather feedback from customers walking in

-       Install feedback apps at stores for quick rating to be entered by the customers

9.       NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

-       Overview of the category and identification of gaps by studying the sales trends and market research

-       Identifying the source of buying (IWM or Import)

-       Identifying the products that have to be removed from the product range after studying their sales trends, sales feedback and market review
