- Manage the font-end sales of the commercial business, with support from back-end design.·
- Develop, build and manage a client base of corporate clients by delivering presentations and introducing them to products and services being offered by IWM.·
- Ensure that all queries sent in by the clients are answered within 48 hours of receiving Co-ordinate with the costing department to ensure accurate and stable gross margins for the organization.·
- Provide quotations to the clients as per their requirements, while maintaining a strong follow-up to close the deal.·
- Co-ordinate with the SCM and Warehouse Department for smooth execution of deliveries.·
- Ensures pre-delivery inspection of site in coordination with the sites department before order dispatch.·
- Responsible for reviewing tenders advertised in the newspaper and prepare bidding documents as per the requirements.·
- Work closely with the Business Development Department for developing new business.·
- Understand customers' needs and expectations and provide appropriate options to them.·
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.·
- Coordinate with Complaints Department for client’s complaints along with effective and timely resolution of the same.·
- Close coordination with client to ensure timely receivables of payments, bank guarantees, performance guarantees, bid securities etc.·
- Maintaining relationships with architects, contractors, consultants & decision makers.·
- Understands and utilizes all internal software.
