- Summary of stock taking Audit observation report on monthly /quarterly / randomly basis as per given instructions
- Verification of dispatches vide delivery documents
- Verification of stock transfer note (Finished goods inventory transfer to showrooms)
- Verification of outward gate passes on daily basis.
- Verification of pick lists and adjustment of payment against dispatch of finished goods
- Conduct pre audit of inward gate passes against purchase orders on daily basis
- Pre audit of T.A/D.A vouchers of workers
- Maintain the vehicle gate register entries in system on daily basis for respective payment verification
