- Maintaining the record of all inbound items
- Coordination with VIP bond for smooth execution
- Maintain VIP bond billing sheet and update coordination sheet for inbound at all times
- Keep record of expiry and extension of items and ensure timely renewal (180 days from inbound)
- Billing of clearing agents to be received in 3 to 4 days
- Project wise daily clearance of the list of consignments (inbound, outbound, cash) to be maintained
- NOC approval from the VIP bond. Documentation submission and approval to be done on the same day
- Shipping line delivery orders; coordination and follow-up with commercial Lahore for smooth execution
- IGP/GRPO generation
- Postdated cheques against consignments to be recorded in an excel sheet for timely recovery
- Disputed cases to be dealt with in coordination with In-charge, Admin - South
- Any other tasks assigned by the management on an ad-hoc basis
