Responsible for handling complaints and queries of walk-in clients.
- Ensure all complaints are acknowledged promptly and customers are kept informed throughout the complaint process.
- Verifies daily FFRs by obtaining feedback from customers and resolve after-sales complaints if any.
- Carry out complaint analysis of call center/walk-in clients.
- Coordinate with factory and client on email /telephone and physically with walk-in clients only on additional orders.
- Responsible for informing the client about installation (work and time) only on additional orders.
- Prepare daily customer complaint reports.
- Conducts a weekly meeting with QA for compliant rectification.
- Actively take follow-up on complaints and coordinate with clients regarding their queries
