- Responsible for handling complaints and queries of walk-in clients.
- Ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept informed throughout the complaint process.
- Verifies daily FFRs by obtaining feedback from customers and resolve after sales complaints if any.
- Carry out complaint analysis of call center/walk in clients.
- Follow-up on quotation work with sales executive.
- Responsible for informing client about installation (work and time) only on additional orders.
- Prepare daily customer complaint reports.
- Actively take follow up on complaints and coordinate with clients regarding their queries.
