Job Responsibilities of a GateKeeper:
- Keep a check on gate entry.
- Keep a check on inventory entering or leaving the gate.
- Record keeping of every single item which enters or leaves the gate.
- Preparation of daily dispatches report.
- Keep a check on duplicate deliveries.
- Must be good in excel.
- Record keeping of vehicles/laborers used for deliveries.
- Preparation of gate passes (manual). Inward/Outward.
9. Troubleshoot any paperwork, systems, or appointment discrepancies
10. Other duties as assigned.
