- Formulate a sound execution plan to provide cost efficient service for targeted sales growth in accordance with established plan and targets.
- Develop overall budget and operating plan for assigned projects.
- Establish systems and procedures to streamline the functioning of Site and ID department.
- Establish and maintain a high level of quality and timely installation/service to customers for maximum retention.
- Monitor and oversee the complete functioning of the Interior Design department.
- Develop, communicate and maintain daily and weekly delivery and installation schedules.
- Track and record daily/monthly/quarterly installation activity to include individual installers' efforts and results.
- Coordinate external activities including all out-sourced or sub-contract work in support of project installation activities.
- Manage, set up and update contractor and subcontractor agreements.
- Oversee and assist, when necessary, the completion of all required documentation (daily reports, logs, punch lists, etc.)
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely rectification of complaints.
- Communicate with other departments to facilitate and improve customer service and interdepartmental processes.
- Develop and maintain an effective installation/service work force through recruiting, hiring, training, motivating and coaching techniques.
- Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site issues immediately.
- Visit completed site where required to identify rectifications during defect liability period.
