- Development of business strategies and credit policy proposals (acquisition, portfolio and collection/ recovery) for approval
- Compile and analyze financial, risk and other related to consumer finance performance and reporting same to key stakeholders
- Execute business activities efficiently and effectively to achieve budgeted sales targets.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers in providing technical details on consumer finance products.
- Identify training needs and provide on the job training on product and sales skills.
- Ensure proper completion of all customer documentation associated with consumer finance products.
- Keep abreast of market competition, industry practices, and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulations and defined standards.
- Responsible for mitigating mis-selling and quick resolution of customer complaints.
