- Complete product knowledge of existing IWM products before working on new developments, with an awareness of competitors and their products.
- Modification of current designs as per feedback of Sales, Product, Marketing, etc. by identifying gaps in the design, analyzing them and rectifying those gaps.
- Creating concepts on design related software Autocad, 3ds max, Photoshop is key accountability of Product Designer. Detailed drawings, Bill of Materials, Cutting Lists, and Quality Parameters are all provided by the R&D Product Designers.
- Communication and coordination with other departments is a crucial part of development.
- Closely work with Visual Merchandiser, Interior Design, Media and 3d-rendering department for display & development of data for new product.
- Assist the Production Department wherever necessary in mass production of new developed product.
- Creating and maintaining moodboard of related products in terms of design and cost.
- The Product Designers must form Mood Boards of every product and accessory.
