- Coordination and alignment with SCM department regarding the updates on In- Process Orders.
- The Production Coordinator shall communicate the work schedule based on customer orders to the stake holders.
- Coordinates with the stake holders in setting the priorities of orders for production by reviewing master production schedule and work orders, establishes priorities for specific customer orders, and process revision in schedule as directed by stake holders.
- Communicates work orders to departments/Stakeholders, denoting number, type, and proposed completion date of units to be produced.
- Compiles reports of ready orders/ in process and communicate it to the stake holders on regular basis.
- Compiles reports concerning progress of work and communicate downtime due to any unforeseen failures and production.
