The Sales officer/Executive is responsible for achieving sales target, dealing with customers and carrying out necessary processes to complete a sale.

  • Responsible for customer handling.
  • Responsible for preparing quotations and payment receipts, and process the retail orders.
  • Follow up on clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
  • Visit the clients’ sites for meeting and site verification.
  • Follow up with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotations, execution and timely revision of orders.
  • Obtain customer feedback regarding our products and services.
  • Follow up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
  • Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and cleaning.
  • Verify the stock position from Supply chain Department.
  • Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, follow up and resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
