The Sales officer/Executive is responsible for achieving sales target, dealing with customers and carrying out necessary processes to complete a sale.
- Responsible for customer handling.
- Responsible for preparing quotations and payment receipts, and process the retail orders.
- Follow up on clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
- Visit the clients’ sites for meeting and site verification.
- Follow up with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotations, execution and timely revision of orders.
- Obtain customer feedback regarding our products and services.
- Follow up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
- Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and cleaning.
- Verify the stock position from Supply chain Department.
- Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, follow up and resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
