- Maintain close coordination with corporate sales team/key account manager.
- Keep him/her updated and current on all major potential projects.
- Once project is finalized prepare pre-contractual documents. In case of public sector projects must obtain copy of contract from the concerned organization.
- Thoroughly study the document / clauses discuss with competent authority.
- For projects where Interwood is acting as subcontractor a standardized agreement/contract document will be prepared in consultation with advisor to DS.
- Strictly monitor the timelines mentioned in the contract. In case of delays all relevant agencies are to be informed.
- Coordinate with factory WH and site department to resolve complaints, wrong & delayed deliveries.
- Coordinate with factory warehouse and site department for delivery of goods and for installations.
- Prepare major receivable plan/strategy for projects in hand & completed.
- Follow the payments, receivables.
- Sites Visits.
