Key Responsibilities /Key Result Areas:
1. Responsible for dealing with the customers from measurement sites till the finished report.
2. Develop and provide timely renders to the clients as per customer profiling
3. Responsible to visit the customer’s site at three stages i.e., before designing their proposal, during installation, and after installation.
4. Meeting the assigned sales targets and maintaining, at all times, the updated KDW opportunity matrix.
5. Follow up with the technical team for quotations, orders, and timely revisions.
6. Follow up on clients’ product deliveries and coordinate with SCM for partial deliveries if any.
7. Maintaining and developing strong relations with the architects and keeping close track of their customers’ orders.
8. Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
