• Responsible for achieving category wise target.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
  • Handle customers' complaints and provide solutions.
  • Coordinate with Factory, Contractors and Clients for operational matters.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annually targets.
  • Monitor daily sales demand and determine the types and quantity of products to be sold.
  • Assign tasks to showroom staff and monitor their activities. - Evaluate the performance of showroom on the basis of assigned targets.
  • Retain existing customers and develop new customer base by emailing/messaging store customers for updates, new arrivals, discounts and promotions.
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
  • Oversee learning and development of the team.
  • Manage display of saleable products according to demand of products.
  • Maintain proper visual merchandising of display windows (if applicable).
  • Direct and manage placement of new arrivals & discarded items at the showroom.
  • Execute in store branding/tagging in coordination with concerned stakeholders.
  • Prepare daily inventory reconciliation report for management’s review.
  • Involved and organize in store engagement activities
  • Ensure documentation as per SOPs.
  • Review and analyze periodic reports product wise and sales wise.
  • Take initiative and encourage teamwork among showroom’s sales team.
  • Ensure store maintenance and up keep according to IWM standards.
  • Ensure to keep the discount number shouldn’t exceed the approved limit.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders for the footfall of Showroom.
  • Ensure the timely submission of the quotations to the customers.
