· Achievement of monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
· Lead the Sales Team by setting short terms goals.
· Dealing with incoming clients and convince them to buy our products.
· Sending complete detail of order to design department for processing of order.
· Making all initial and final documents of orders and maintain the client file.
· Coordination with Departmental Heads to expedite design, site, and production work.
· Arranging initial site visits with client on occasionally or as per client requirement.
· Meeting with architect / contractor of our client for civil work.
· Forward and follow up complaints with complaint department.
· Verify the stock position from Factory warehouse and Sr. Sales Executive (Sales & SCM).
· Prepare quotations, retail orders, invoices and GDOs.
· Receive token money from client against proposal and plan layout.
· Coordination and follow up with factory for delivery of goods and sites department for installations.
· Follow up for short, late and wrong deliveries and convince the client accordingly.
· To follow the payments, receivables.
· Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging and cleaning.
· Getting feedback from client regarding our services and products.
