- Responsible for Site Measurement with Accuracy.
- Responsible for Site visit on daily basis and ensure fast progress.
- Review quality of Fixing as per IWM Standards.
- Handle Site Issues and proceed for timely resolution.
- Responsible for Site Inspections Pre-Delivery and Reporting on the inspections.
- Responsible for verification at site as per Order.
- Coordinate with Clients and Sales Persons.
- Ensure progress of work as per dead line given by Client.
- Responsible for Site Handover to Client on given time and take FFR.
- Resolve any issue by client at site.
- Responsible for order-making of sites and verifying them at site finishes.
- Review the Site installation bills after site Completion.
- Prepare schedules of daily site work.
- Report any complaints Shortfall / Damages to Complaint cell with evidence for future action.
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Qualification: A minimum of Bachelors
Experience: A minimum of: 3 to 5 years
