1. Prepares complaint analysis for booking and rectification for sites/factory.
2. Coordinates with concerned departments (sales /complaints department in factory) for timely resolution of complaint.
3. Prepares work schedules for carpenters/polish men for timely resolution of complaints.
4. Authorizes material to be used for complaint rectification and handovers to carpenter/polish man.
5. Carries out quotation work analysis.
6. Informs clients about installation (work and time).
7. Prepares daily complaint report.
