Intevramed is seeking a Remote HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage the complete talent acquisition cycle while overseeing a dedicated team of 15 professionals. This role requires strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various positions, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture. The specialist will manage recruitment management software and tools to streamline hiring, candidate communication, and employee onboarding workflows in a fully remote environment. Excellent organizational skills and leadership capabilities are essential to effectively coordinate a dispersed team and maintain seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by at least two years of professional HR experience. This role demands in-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, HR operations, and performance management techniques. Candidates should have experience working with applicant tracking systems, human resource information systems, and time-tracking tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to foster collaboration within the team and ensure positive candidate and employee experiences throughout the hiring and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective remote talent sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers to optimize recruitment timelines.
  • Oversee onboarding workflows to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization, addressing all compliance and administrative requirements.
  • Utilize recruitment management software and applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline workflows.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 15 HR and recruitment professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll data.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations in a remote work setting.
  • Maintain strong communication channels across teams to promote transparency, responsiveness, and collaboration.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to continuously improve hiring strategies and team efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships for recruitment tools and services to maximize return on investment.
  • Support performance management processes by coordinating with managers and employees on evaluations and goal setting.
